This is the eighth edition of German Technology Day. Again, we are growing, and the event will be in the Toronto Congress Centre. Thanks a lot, to our media sponsors Annex Business Media and Kerrwil Media Ltd., and a special thanks to EFC (Electro Federation Canada) who is sponsoring as well.

GTD 2026 will have a panel discussion, with the topic of “Cybersecurity”. This is an important topic for all Canadian companies who export to Europe, since the new CRA (Cyber Resilience Act) requires all machines to be safe against “corruption”. We will have experts from the cyber security industry as well as politicians to discuss this important topic. Like in 2025, the panel will moderated by Yvonne Denz (President Canadian German Chamber of Industry and Commerce, CGCIC).

We also welcome again NGEN (Next Generation Manufacturing Canada) – who brings together advanced manufacturing and technology to drive digital transformation in Canada.

Furthermore, as in previous years, the event is not only a trade show but also offers free educational seminars from 12 companies, informing our guests of new technologies and innovations.
